Our unique hamper
brings together some of the finest Hebridean
flavours, from rich Islay Whisky to our renowned
Uig Lodge Smoked Salmon. Our collection has
been sourced from a variety of local Island
producers, who like ourselves place enormous
emphasis on traditional methods and high quality
ingredients.

Uig Lodge Hebridean Collection contains:
UIG
LODGE SMOKED SALMON (min 700g)
A hand-sliced half side of our oak smoked Scottish
Atlantic salmon. Perfect as a starter for 8 people.
HEBRIDEAN TOFFEE (200g)
A luxurious handmade Scottish tablet from the remote
Isle of Barra, in the Outer Hebrides. The small
toffee workshop is situated in the stunning
Castlebay, overlooking Kisimul Castle where luxurious
tablets of smooth toffee are carefully crafted
each day.
HEBRIDEAN STICKY TOFFEE
PUDDING (300g)
Simply delicious and
as wicked as it sounds,
served with a unique
Hebridean Toffee
sauce. Ideal for
a cold winter’s night.
BRUICHLADDICH WAVES (75cl)
A multi vintage Islay whisky with a charming
medium peated flavour. Master distiller Jim
McEwan has
selected a mix of different ages of Bruichladdich,
matured in Bourbon and Madeira casks to create
an incredibly rich and sophisticated Islay dram.
ISLE OF MULL FARMHOUSE
CHEESE (400g)
A traditional artisan farmhouse cheddar made by
the Reade family on the beautiful Isle of Mull,
in the Inner
Hebrides. The Reade family boast the only dairy
herd on the island and use unpasteurised milk to
create their
12 month matured cheese.
ISLE OF COLONSAY WILDFLOWER
HONEY (454g)
Unique, not only because of its taste (amongst
honeys it is ranked with the best)
but also because of its provenance, as bees and
quality honey are something of
a rarity on small windswept islands.
STORNOWAY BLACK PUDDING (635g)
An award winning classic made from a family recipe
that uses only the best
ingredients. This tempting and savory pudding
is the perfect addition to a
traditional cooked breakfast.
MACLEANS HEBRIDEAN OATCAKES (150g)
For over fifteen years these delicious oatcakes
have been made by the
MacLean brothers on the outskirts of Balivanich
on the Isle of Benbecula.
Using the finest Scottish oatmeal, they are light,
crisp and crumbly with
a fresh baked taste that goes extremely well
with the Farmhouse
cheese or Uig Lodge Salmon.
