from Norway and the Pacific. We however guarantee
the use of Scottish Atlantic Salmon which gives
a quality product in which we take great pride.
In addition we take great trouble with our
unique curing method. This gives our smoked
salmon
the delicious texture and flavour which we
believe our customers prefer.
Delivery Date:
Due to the time taken for the production process
it is advisable to order a week before you require
the salmon. If you require salmon by a specific
date please email us: info@uiglodge.co.uk
Please note we cannot deliver on a Monday.
