Whole sides of smoked salmon make an ideal
centrepiece for a dinner party. The only thing
done to our oak smoked salmon sides before vacuum
packing is to take out all the bones, leaving
the pellicle intact keeping the flavour and
succulence in. It is easy to slice thin pieces
of salmon from the side as and when you need
them. This is the chef's favourite product for
it's wonderful smokey flavour.
