Meet the Uig Smokery Team
Here at Uig Lodge we employ a small team of staff year round to run the smokehouse and in the lead up to Christmas, we are joined by staff from our restaurant Uig Sands. The restaurant closes for a few months so this is the perfect way to keep those staff in employment over winter whilst also providing support to the core Smokehouse team in the busy pre-Christmas rush. We are so fortunate to have this great relationship across the businesses.
