Uig Lodge has long been renowned for its smoked salmon and has supplied some of the UK’s finest food establishments for over 25 years.

In 2007 all our hard work was recognised when we were awarded our first Gold Star in the Guild of Fine Food’s Great Taste Awards. In 2011 we were awarded 3 gold stars and shortlisted for a national award and we repeated this feat in 2013. Finally, on 8th September 2014, in this our 30th year, we won one of the major national awards presented by Great Taste, ‘Speciality Producer of the Year’ and received our first ever golden fork!

Our clients include several Michelin starred restaurants, as well as Fortnum & Mason, Firmdale Hotels and Rules Restaurant.  Although our smokery is based on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, we keep stock in London and our daily deliveries are managed by Murray’s Fresh Fish, one of London’s leading wholesale fish suppliers.
