ORDERING SMOKED SALMON ONLINE
Smoked Salmon Orders can be placed using your credit card on our secure online ordering facility. We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Diners, JCB, Laser and Solo.
If you are a returning customer, please sign into your online account by using the link at the top right hand of the page. Don’t worry if you have forgotten your password since there is a link which you can use and we will email you a password reminder.
If you are a new customer, you will need to set up an online account before you can place your order. You will be prompted to register at the checkout stage. Alternatively, you can click on the register button in the top right corner of the website.
Select the products you require from the online store and they will be added to your fishing bag. When you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout where you can enter the delivery details. The shopping cart enables you to send multiple items to multiple addresses, each with different messages and delivery dates. Any addresses that you add will be saved to your online account for future use. We hope that you will enjoy using the multiple deliveries shopping system that we have introduced. Once you have completed your order you will be able to view a summary of your order and amend any details as necessary, before entering your credit card details.

The smokery is open Monday to Friday (9am – 5.30pm). Closed on bank holidays.
CHRISTMAS AND BANK HOLIDAYS
We do not dispatch on bank holidays, so if you are ordering over a bank holiday weekend please take this into consideration and allow an extra day for delivery. At Christmas we strongly advise you to order before 12th December to ensure delivery in good time for Christmas Day. We do not advise delivery between Christmas and New Year. Our smoked products will keep happily in a fridge for up to 3 weeks, so if you do not require the salmon until New Year’s Eve, just leave it in the fridge over Christmas…if you can resist the temptation to open it!
There is a postage and packaging charge of £6.00 per UK address for our salmon and sea trout deliveries. However, delivery is free for orders to one UK address which total more than £80.00. For our fastest UK delivery you can specify Royal Mail Special delivery at £12.00, free delivery is not applicable for this.
For overseas delivery we use DHL as this is much faster than Royal Mail Airsure and has full tracking capability. For European deliveries (up to 4kg in weight), the charge is £40.00. For deliveries to USA and Canada (up to 4kg in weight), the DHL charge is £55.00 since there are extra customs duties involved. Orders over 4kg in weight may incur extra delivery charges, in which case we will contact you before despatching your order. We are based in a beautiful but remote location, so it is therefore advisable not to leave your ordering until the last minute! We will however always strive to ensure orders are processed as quickly as possible, but if you do require your order urgently, please call us on 01851 672396 and we will do everything we can to assist.
Otherwise, your order will be sent within 48 hours of us receiving it and once despatched, it will take 2 days to reach you. We deliver Tuesdays to Fridays using either Parcelforce or Royal Mail to ensure that your delivery arrives as quickly and as smoothly as possible. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been despatched, which will include a tracking code which you can use to see the latest information on your parcel.
We use ice sheets and insulated packaging to ensure that your smoked goods remain cool in transit. We also vacuum pack all smoked products to ensure that they arrive perfectly fresh.
