Ordering Smoked Salmon Online
Placing an order for our premium smoked salmon is simple and secure. You can use your credit card through our encrypted online payment system. We accept the following cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Diners, JCB, Laser, and Solo.
Returning Customers:
To make your next purchase even easier, simply sign in to your account using the link at the top right of the page. If you've forgotten your password, don’t worry! Just click the password reset link, and we’ll send you a reminder.
Shopping Made Easy:
Browse our store, select the smoked salmon products you’d like, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready to check out, proceed to the checkout page where you can enter your delivery details.
Once you've completed your selection, you’ll be able to review your order and make any necessary adjustments before entering your payment details.

Ordering By Phone
Please call us on 01851 672396 to place an order over the phone using your credit card.
The smokery is open Monday to Friday (9am – 5.30pm). Closed on bank holidays.
UK Deliveries
There is a postage and packaging charge of £6.00 per UK address for our salmon and sea trout deliveries. However, delivery is free for orders to one UK address which total more than £100.00. For our fastest UK delivery you can specify Royal Mail Special delivery at £12.00, free delivery is not applicable for this.
We are based in a beautiful but remote location, so it is therefore advisable not to leave your ordering until the last minute! We will however always strive to ensure orders are processed as quickly as possible, but if you do require your order urgently, please call us on 01851 672396 and we will do everything we can to assist.
Otherwise, your order will be sent within 48 hours of us receiving it and once despatched, it will take 2 days to reach you. We deliver Tuesdays to Fridays using either Parcelforce or Royal Mail to ensure that your delivery arrives as quickly and as smoothly as possible. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been despatched, which will include a tracking code which you can use to see the latest information on your parcel.
We use ice sheets and insulated packaging to ensure that your smoked goods remain cool in transit. We also vacuum pack all smoked products to ensure that they arrive perfectly fresh.
EU Deliveries – Currently Suspended
Unfortunately since Brexit we have had numerous problems sending smoked salmon into the EU. Some of the deliveries have got through but many haven’t and even when they have got through there have been delays and extra customs charges. Some countries in the EU are demanding health certificates even for small direct to end consumer shipments, which makes it cost prohibitive for our customers. Furthermore, even when we have arranged these health certificates some of the shipments have not got through. We have contacted the UK government in order to try and find a workable solution but so far we have had no success. We are hoping that things will dramatically improve at some stage but sadly in the meantime we are left with no option but to suspend mail order deliveries into the EU. Ultimately it will be down to both the UK and the EU governments to show some common sense and flexibility in order to find a mutually beneficial solution.
Christmas and Bank Holidays
We do not dispatch on bank holidays, so if you are ordering over a bank holiday weekend please take this into consideration and allow an extra day for delivery. At Christmas we strongly advise you to order before 12th December to ensure delivery in good time for Christmas Day. We do not advise delivery between Christmas and New Year. Our smoked products will keep happily in a fridge for up to 3 weeks, so if you do not require the salmon until New Year’s Eve, just leave it in the fridge over Christmas…if you can resist the temptation to open it!
